ASQ-3 Ages and Stages Questionnaire

The Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) pinpoints developmental progress of children between the ages of one month to 5 1/2 years.  Evidence shows that the earlier development is assessed – the greater chance your child has to reach his or her potential.
