Doulas

Doulas are trained professionals who help you explore options, choices, and desires during pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Doulas get to know you during your pregnancy, stay by your side throughout labor and birth and can continue to offer support after baby arrives.

 

Steps for Safe Sleep

 

1. On their back
2. In their own space
3. Remove clutter (no pillows, blankets or toys)

Early Head Start

Early Head Start (EHS) programs serve infants and toddlers under the age of 3, and pregnant women. EHS programs provide intensive comprehensive child development and family support services to low-income infants and toddlers and their families, and to pregnant women and their families. This is a free, full day, full week program for those that qualify.
